TENTHMART provides the convenience of online order, fresh good quality meat and home delivery through trusted payment gateway for busy families.

Is TENTHMART products halal certified?

Yes, In Darwin, all our products are sourced from Top End Fish, Meats and BBQ shop, situated in Rapid Creek Village Market which is halal certified, for any specific product please email us at info@tenthmart.com

 

 

Do you have your own farm or do you have suppliers?

 

We don’t own any farm yet. We get most of our meat from these suppliers:

Where is TENTHMART located/ what is the address for https://www.tenthmart.com ?

TENTHMART is Darwin based online shop. It is owned and operated by Australia living families.
 
Are the products sold in TENTHMART Australian?

We sell Australian halal beef, chicken, lamb & goat from Australian suppliers. Fresh vegetables from Asian farmer and other continental retail products and daily needs.
 
What happens if I purchase a product (chicken breast fillet, lamb shank etc) where the weight can’t be measured specific like 1 kg or 2 kg?

An exact amount may not be guaranteed all the time due to original cuts vary in weights. We will find the piece/cuts closest to your order and refund if the weight is less than your exact order.

Q. What happens if I have used incorrect email/ home address for Delivery?

Please give us a call to rectify email address and home address. TENTHMART will not be liable for wrong address delivery and added charge would be applied if not been acknowledged beforehand.

Q.  How long it takes to receive delivery after I have ordered and how many days before I can order?

Our delivery days for Darwin and its suburbs area are all seven days from 10AM to 6PM. Please contact us if you live in other areas of NT and looking for a home delivery of halal meats and other stuffs.

 

Order would be closing each day 8AM for next day delivery started from 10AM to 6PM. Apparently, you have to confirm order approximately 26 hours before.

Any order after 8AM of that day would not be considered for current day delivery. It will be delivering on second day of order (i.e. tomorrow).

 

You are allowed to order for any specific days which must be at least 26 hours before, it will give us some time to process your order in safe and convenient manner.

Q. How is TENTHMART meat delivered?

We deliver fresh meat with our NT food authority certified refrigerated van and maintain a temperature below 4 degree Celsius to keep it fresh.

 

All other products also delivered maintaining specified temperature and instruction available on products guideline from manufacturer and supplier.

Q. Do I receive fresh/frozen meat delivered?

At present, no frozen meats are provided. We are delivering freshly cut meat only which is processing on the day of delivery.

Q. What would be my charge for delivery?

 

For Darwin and its suburbs charge would be $15 (for 1-10kg weight)

 

For Palmerston and its suburbs charge would be $20 (for 1-10kg weight)

 

After 10kg, charge would be added $0.5/kg of weight.

Q. What if I am not satisfied with my products?

Our delivery driver will make sure the meat temperature during time of delivery is under 4 degree Celsius. And other products as instructed and guideline. If you have any objection about any of products, it’s your responsibility to let our delivery employee know about the defects. Our employee will ensure you all the products with no defects or abnormality.

 

If not, it’s your responsibility to present the products with voucher to the Top End Groceries. It would be treated same as return and refund policy of Top End.

 

On the other hand, if you are not able to present you in the shop physically, we can take the products for exchange/ return/refund on your next shopping delivery. But, the products must be in its a. original look/ shape, b. not tempered or tear off, c. not expired

Q. How do I cancel Order or change order?

If you want to change your order or cancel partial/full order, please contact or email us 48 hours before the delivery date mentioned in the order confirmation email.
